These Terms of Use apply to the Noty mobile application (the “Application”), developed and published by Brooklyn Studio (the “Service Provider”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
The Application is offered as a freemium service. You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application. All intellectual property rights—including trademarks, content, design, and software—remain the property of the Service Provider.
Brooklyn Studio may update, change, or charge for certain features or services at any time. Any future charges will be clearly communicated to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise security and cause the Application to malfunction.
The Application processes personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
The Application integrates third-party tools and services (analytics, crash reporting, subscriptions, etc.). These services have their own Terms and Conditions, which govern how they operate.

Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile). You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the Application, including roaming charges. If you are not the owner of the device’s data plan, you are assumed to have authorization from the bill payer.
